The Impact of the "Human Age" on Our Practice

with Dr. Lisa Gunther, VP, Talent Management

Whether internal practitioner or external consultant, the changing world of work is impacting the "what" and "how" of our profession. For example, Kennedy Talent Management Consulting Marketplace reports that organizations grappling with globalization, the need for a consistent leadership brand, leadership succession planning, and attraction/retention of talent will result in an increased need for leadership development.  Similarly, the Manpower Group reports that trends in the “Human Age” will require companies to significant adapt their talent management practices.  Together we will explore these workplace trends and share ideas and options for addressing them for our clients.
