A Quiver of Development Tools

with Gino Coca-Mir, Founding Partner at Project Challenge

As we coach our clients and work with their teams, we see them learn, grow and adapt through their experiences.  A skilled practitioner can accelerate that growth for a group with reliance on some effective and focused arrows in his or her "experiential quiver."

Gino Coca-Mir will share with us three activities that can be easily adopted to help in areas of:

  • Advocacy and Inquiry in conversation
  • Challenging Assumptions early in a project
  • Nourishing Trust
  • Jump-starting a team development effort

These time-tested activities will be fun (and safe) to experience personally.  They are easy to adopt and will add great value to your development efforts with groups and teams. Through conversation and Q&A you will learn when to best use these for good contextual fit.

Curious? See you in September!
SPECIAL OFFER:  Bring 3 or more new guests with you, and receive a free copy of Robert Kegan's new book Immunity to Change!
