Circles of Dialogue: The Process of Engagement

with Isabel Rimanoczy, Ed.D., co-founder of MINERVAS

The Circle of Dialogue is an experiential process, where individuals explore meaningful and key themes, and create personal insights through a “creative reflection”, and connect with others through a profound dialogue.

The Circles of Dialogue develop self-awareness, touching on themes that are important for the participants, helping in developing consciousness and creating new communicational patterns.

Why is this important?  We have become human doings, connected to each other through our work interactions. The soul, our “deeper being” is rarely brought to work, and as a result we are living fragmented lives, where we long for the weekend or the vacations to reconnect with our fuller self.

The Circle of Dialogue is a process that teaches us how to connect with our deeper self, and with others, in a new and richer way. Circles of Dialogue are a path to wellness.
