Genuine Dialog: Facilitation without Alienation
with Gigi Gerson Glazer, Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant
fa·cil·i·tate < verb (used with object), -tat·ed, -tat·ing
1. to make easier or less difficult; help forward (an action, a process, etc.)
In group dynamics, facilitation means helping a team discuss and resolve issues, make decisions and improve processes. The most skilled facilitator does this by creating an environment of equality, candor and openness as well as respect.
This interactive session begins with "Setting the Tone for Authenticity" then moves to "Building collaboration through Inclusion" and wraps up with "Solving Problems Positively". This program is appropriate for highly experienced OD and training professionals who want to refresh their skills and share their experience as well as those new to the field looking to build their skills.
