Steven is Managing Director of Lumiere Solutions Group, a business consulting firm specializing in talent and performance management in the workplace utilizing employee assessments, leadership competency surveys, and measuring and improving emotional intelligence.
Steven has over 20 years of experience in the operations of human resources including senior management roles. Previous positions include Senior VP of Shared Services at ADP TotalSource and President, Midwest Region for Vincam Human Resources.
Steven is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner with Genos International and a Certified PXT Select Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International, a John Wiley & Sons company. Steven has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Miami Society for Human Resources (GMSHRM) and is a member of South Florida Organizational Development Network. Steven has an MBA from University of Dayton.
