Engaging Millennials: What They Want from Organizational Leadership

Develop your clients and leadership teams for leading a diverse multigenerational workforce!

Organizational leaders continue to struggle with reducing turnover associated with Millennials, the largest generation in the U.S. workforce.  The challenge in retaining Millennial employees involves providing organizational leadership that is visionary, engaging, and mutually beneficial. 

Providing an overview of the job expectations of Millennials, this presentation will explore the opportunities, challenges, and mutual benefits of applying various organizational strategies and tools to increase engagement and retention.  

Throughout the discussion prospects for implementing innovative OD techniques that promote commitment and reinforce interaction will be highlighted.  Several practical methods and guiding resources for addressing turnover, as well as, for articulating the mutual benefits of engaging and retaining Millennial workers will also be offered.  

As a final objective, the presentation will encourage OD practitioners and consultants to examine existing organizational practices and identify areas to implement change ekers can be a very fruitful avenue for talent development.

About Charlene Rousseau

Dr. Charlene Rousseau, PhD is President and lead consultant of Envisionary Development Consulting, LLC, in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  She has over 13 years of consulting experience in training, facilitation, speaking, coaching, and learning and organizational development.
