Ready for Impact! Measuring People Processes

Presented by Michael Sabbag

Metrics are the language of business, and analytics are the new frontier. Unfortunately, in the fields of talent and organization development, we’ve often been rather light in our measurements.

The key is always to begin by measuring the right things.

There are dozens of people processes in an organization -- each process has multiple parts and each part could be measured in a number of ways. If we actually did that, we would spend more time measuring processes than engaging in our work. That would be a waste because there are not a lot of outcomes that tell the real story.

How can you tell the real story of how your process outcomes are working to impact the business?

In this engaging session, we will go over the typical measures organizations track, learn a process for determining what we should be measuring, and discuss how to get leaders involved. You will leave with a tool that will help you determine exactly what to measure in YOUR organization.

Program Outcomes

Before leaving this session, you will gain:

  • A deeper understanding of how to determine what to measure
  • Guidance on the most effective processes for taking and interpreting measures
  • Practical tactics for presenting findings
